These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Inside Out Wellness services, treatments, and website. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Inside Out Wellness provides holistic services including facials, microneedling, ice baths, hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions, and related treatments.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

  • Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit or the full fee.

  • Refunds are provided only at our discretion or as required by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information about your health history.

  • Certain conditions may mean you are not suitable for treatments (e.g., certain skin or medical conditions). We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe to proceed.

  • You agree to follow all aftercare advice provided.

5. Disclaimer

  • Treatments at Inside Out Wellness are for wellbeing and cosmetic purposes. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns.

  • We are not liable for any adverse outcomes where full disclosure of health information has not been provided.

  • If you are unhappy with the service provided at Inside Out Wellness, please email Emma-Jane at hello@insideoutwellness.uk. You have 7 days to do so after your visit.

6. Liability

  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and professional environment.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inside Out Wellness shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
